I've never had anyone give me "too much information" here. They take my drink order, get it right every time, and don't screw around with chitchat with me. Not a single mistake or bad drink in 4 years...that's as good as it gets for Starbucks. I've been to others where it's a crap shoot each time you order, but this place is pure consistency. And the drive through is a big plus.

This place has done a complete 180! As of my last update, the staff had gone in a bad direction, but over the last few months this location is amazing. The drinks are great, the service is spectacular, but above all the people are what makes this location. Friendliest and most helpful location in Colorado Springs.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. I'm not a big fan of huge chains, but this place serves up good coffee with friendly service, so I can't complain. Coffee: It's Starbucks. You know what you're going to get. And they're nice enough to put an ice cube in my dark roast or americano, rather than tell me "the ice machine is over there" like Panera has. Service: I usually do drive through. Unless you're getting a cut of coffee, it's actually faster. Everyone is always nice. Especially if they see if I have my dog. They always offer him a puppy latte. Never had a bad experience here.

This Starbucks is a nightmare in the morning. The average wait is 15 minutes whether you use the drive-thru or go inside. However, the staff is always friendly and the drinks are consistent.
